Caring for seniors is our mission

A mission of caring

The mission of Wellington Place of Biron and Wisconsin Illinois Senior Housing Inc., is to serve elderly and disabled individuals by providing quality housing, healthcare and other services to enhance the lives of those we serve.

As a 501c3 nonprofit our main goal is service, not making a profit. Any profit realized above our operating expenses is reinvested in our facilities. Because of our mission of high-quality service, we rely partially on financial gifts to help meet all of our financial needs. Although we accept Medicaid, our expenses for quality care and housing far exceed those funds. If you are interested in supporting our mission to positively impact the lives of seniors, please consider a tax-deductible cash donation to our facility. Use the easy, secure donation button to give online or contact our Administrator.

All donations are tax deductible and funds received are used to help improve our building, improve or increase the services we offer, and provide new programs and equipment to enrich the lives of our residents. Thank you for your continued support!

Wisconsin Illinois Senior Housing, Inc. (WISH) began in 1989 with the purpose of operating skilled nursing homes, assisted livings, and other senior housing entities so that quality housing and healthcare would be available to seniors. Today, WISH owns 19 facilities in Wisconsin and northern Illinois, and a Wisconsin home health agency.

In 2006 WISH acquired six Community Based Residential Facilities (CBRFs) in Wisconsin including Wellington Place at Biron.

No matter which WISH facility you visit, you will find the same caring staff, continuity of services and a quality facility dedicated to serving seniors.

WISH facilities are professionally managed by Carriage Healthcare Companies Inc.
